Active windows in tournaments are too short!!!

I tried playing in a tournament today, but eventually I had to just concede because the active windows for each character -- ESPECIALLY the summons -- is MUCH too short!!! By the time my tofus moved, there simply wasn't enough time to attack with them too. This is ridiculous if this is going to be the norm. Please fix this ASAP.

This is most probably a bug. When we increased the time during play, tournaments might have been exempted.

I'll consult the team to see if we can increase it.
