Bombs blocking moving attack.

By -Foosninja-#8751 May 10, 2015, 13:25:45
Maybe this is the way it's supposed to work, but it doesn't seem right.

Okay so I had a Skale 4 squares from Goultard and in a straight line. (At the end of my range for a Thalasso attack.) However there was a movement reducing bomb (purple), in the square in front of me between me and Goultard. I was able to make the attack, (which was not surprising), but I didn't move through the bomb. Instead I stayed in the square I was in as though the bomb were movement obstructing terrain like a bush or something.

Maybe that's the way it was supposed to work, but it didn't seem right. Bombs don't prevent movement, so I think I should have slid right through it (setting it off as i went). Not staying put.
But hey, maybe that's the way it was intended....it just doesn't seem right so I thought I should report it and let you guys sort that out.

Actually Foos, that's not a bug. You can't move through bombs like you can traps. That's actually one of the reasons why it's useful to control the movement of your opponent. If it were a trap you would have triggered it, but bombs only detonate when they have 0 health left or at the start of the turn of the Rogue who threw them.

If the bomb were 1 or 2 squares away and you still didn't move that would be a bug for sure.
