Bug, impossible de terminer le tutoriel

Bonjour, hier j'ai téléchargé le jeu et comme je n'y ai jamais joué, j'ai du compléter le tutoriel en 5 étapes, un combat par étapes.

Alors je commence, dès la fin du premier combat j'ai un problème, il ne se passe rien.. je vois l'arène de combat de haut et elle tourne sur elle même mais rien ne s'enchaîne. J'ai du fermer le jeu et le relancer pour pouvoir poursuivre à la deuxième étape. Ce problème s'est reproduit à chaque fin de combat.

Arrivé à l'étape 4/5, j'ai commencé à avoir des déconnections, en gros, en plein milieu de combat, un message s'affiche me disant " le serveur de match a connu un problème technique" ce qui met fin au combat, me renvoie à l'accueil et me renvoie dans l'étape 4/5 automatiquement. J'ai fini par réussir a passer l'étape 4 (en le faisant assez rapidement peut-être) mais là je suis bloqué à l'étape 5/5 et à chaque fois j'ai le message qui termine le combat et je ne peut donc pas jouer ni même ignorer le tutoriel (à moins que je n'aie pas vu cette option).

Bref j'ai tenté de réinstaller le jeu mais j'ai toujours le même problème. J'ai cherché sur le forum mais je n'ai rien trouvé de similaire.

Ah, désolé, ce sujet m'a échappé. 

Est-ce que le problème est systématique? Si oui, une chose qui nous intéresserait fortement c'est d'avoir les logs de ce bug. Pour cela, vous devez reproduire l'erreur, et ensuite (sans fermer le jeu) aller sur votre fenêtre de l'updater, appuyer sur F3, et ensuite nous copier le contenu de ce log (vous pouvez le faire ici en spoiler ou bien via un site comme Pastebin).

Nos serveurs semblent avoir subi quelques avaries durant l'après-midi, ce qui peut être la cause de ces problèmes.

Pour en être sûr: pouvez-vous nous fournir les logs de ton erreur? Il faut pour cela que vous reproduisez le bug, puis que allez dans l'updater, appuyez sur F3, et copiez-collez le résultat sur ces forums. Cela pourra nous aider à trouver l'origine du bug.

D'accord, merci.

J'ai réussi a passé le tutoriel en faisant très rapidement mais les problèmes sont encore présent. Je suis déconnecté 2 ou 3 fois par combats et je dois retourner à l'accueil et puis retourner dans le combat. Et aussi à chaque fin de combat je dois redémarrer le jeu parce que sinon ça reste sur l'écran de fin de combat (l'arène vue de haut qui tourne sur elle-même).

J'ai également ce souci, à chaque fin de partie, j'ai droit à une magnifique vue de l'arène.... sans fin. Pas moyen de retourner au menu, rien...

Car de mon coté, le problème existe toujours, je peut faire une ou deux parties puis ensuite, a la fin d'une partie, l'arène qui tourne en boucle sans l'affichage "victoire" ou "défaite", obligé de faire Alt + F4.

Quand on regarde le forum sur steam, il y a des joueurs qui ont ce psoblème depuis février 2016.

Est-ce que le problème est systématique? Si oui, une chose qui nous intéresserait fortement c'est d'avoir les logs de ce bug. Pour cela, vous devez reproduire l'erreur, et ensuite (sans fermer le jeu) aller sur votre fenêtre de l'updater, appuyer sur F3, et ensuite nous copier le contenu de ce log (vous pouvez le faire ici en spoiler ou bien via un site comme Pastebin).

Ca tourne et il ne se passe rien.

Pour reproduire ce bug, j'ai juste refait les tutoriels en partant du 1. 
Le 1 pas de soucis, le 2 pas de soucis, le 3, problème.
