Game won't start

When attempting to start the game, the play button remains greyed out.

Ok so, I also have this problem and I'll put in the details I know about it. First off, I play through Steam in case that is important.
I have not been able to play for the last 28 hours. I use a PC with (i think) windows 7 and have the latest version of Krosmaster as far as i know. I can't actually check what version of the game i have because in the spot it is suggested i can check it just says "Krosmaster arena is updating".
I think this is where my problem is because while it says an update is happening, the play button is greyed out. But there is no update happening (according to the site) and no progress bar or anything to indicate that my launcher is working on it.

I have also had this issue. You can get the game running again by verifying the game cache via steam. However, you'll have the same problem when you turn it off and on again.

Okay that worked for me too. Thankfully it only takes like 2 seconds so I won't mind doing it when i need to. Thanks Hullabaloo!

Hello everyone.

Thank you for bringing the problem to us. It seems that it only affects the Steam version of the game; a fix is on the way, and we'll keep you updated about its arrival.

In the mean time, if you want to play Krosmaster, the stand-alone launcher doesn't suffer from this bug.
